Always need to select the RIGHT Words to communicate your message. Most of us, don’t select the right words, when creating any communication, and when assume the responsibility on the listener not the speaker. But actually this is wrong, the responsibility for conveying the right message is on the speaker not the listener.

In case you are wondering, what is communication?

Communication generally involves 2 different parties. A party that initiates the communication, and a party that dissects the information. The 2 party, can be also in you, meaning communicating with yourself.

Here are some simple thoughts, that will help you craft a magnetic message, that will resonate better with yourself, and others.

You can use, a $1 word, or you can use a $1000,000 word, think of a house or a mansion.

Also…ask yourself, is there is a way you can be misunderstood, when communicating or saying something? If Yes, then revise your communication, the responsibility is on the communicator, not the receiver.

Avoid abstractions, and statements that aren’t specific. How to test specificity?

Think if a group of judges hear your statement will there be any chance of someone misunderstanding, or not knowing what you are saying? If yes…then revise again..
